Introduction

Thank you for your interest in Pestway. Since 2006, when my twin brother and I started this company, our goal was to disrupt BIG corporate pest control and bring back customer service values as well as knowledge based pest control to clients. We have always focused on being a full-service pest control company. While we do trap and treat all sorts of pests, we also specialize in the repair of entry points, preventing pests from returning, as well as cleanup and disinfecting. We have innovative solutions, high-quality materials, and back all of our work with an industry-leading LIFETIME WARRANTY. You can rest assured that when you contract us to take care of your pest problem, that it will be solved permanently.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

While we do charge an inspection fee, that fee does go towards any work you have done with us!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process starts with a full home inspection. From there we give a proposal to solve each homeowner's unique nuisance wildlife problem.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our technicians are highly trained through hours of on-site and classroom learning. We are certified through the State. NWCOA, and Ridge-Guard.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My brother and I started trapping at a young age, with our father. We then decided to follow our passion for wildlife and tart a nuisance wildlife removal company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Over the years we have worked with homeowners, business owners, renters, and property management companies. If it involves wildlife, we do it!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently worked with a church that could not afford the full seal up and restoration. Our team decided to take it on pro-Bono and work through the weekend to take care of their problem.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look into their history. Have they been around a while? Will they be around for the length of the warranty they provide? Also, is their quality of work up to your standard?

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What am I looking for in a contractor? What is my budget? When do I want to start this project?
